Persons belonging to any of the following categories and having worked in five feature films or twenty-six episodes of TV serial are eligible for the aid.

Creative Team Member: Directors, Associate and Assistant Directors, Scriptwriters, Lyricists, Music Directors, Singers, Actors and Actresses.

Technical Team Member: Camera-men, Art Directors, Editors, Sound Recordists and their assistants, Electricians, Hair Dressers, Make-Up Artists and other skilled and unskilled workers.

Production Team Members: Production Managers, Assistants, Production Assistants, etc.
